Service Description
The Master Class and Dojo Site Visit offered by COMAST in association with IKO Coimbatore HQ Dojo is designed for new students and parents who wish to experience authentic Kyokushin Karate training before committing to regular classes. During the trial session, the participant will be introduced to basic techniques, traditional warm-ups, stances, and foundational drills, all adapted to their age, experience level, and physical condition. This session reflects the true spirit of discipline, control, power, balance, and mental strength that forms the core of Kyokushin Karate. The trial class fee is ₹200 per participant and must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your slot. For those who prefer to observe first, a class site visit can be scheduled. This allows you to watch a regular training session in action and understand the structure, intensity, and respect-based environment of our dojo. You will witness how students are trained with strong values, proper guidance, and a high level of safety while maintaining the traditional standards of IKO Kyokushinkaikan. This service is especially recommended for parents who wish to see how classes are conducted and how discipline, character development, and respect are integrated into every session. Advance booking is required to ensure personal attention and proper scheduling. After your visit or trial session, our team will guide you through the registration process if you choose to continue your journey with COMAST and IKO Coimbatore HQ Dojo.
Cancellation Policy
All trial classes, regular classes, private sessions, workshops, seminars, and special events conducted by COMAST must be booked in advance to ensure proper scheduling, instructor availability, and a safe student-to-teacher ratio. Walk-in participation is not encouraged and will be accepted only if space and safety conditions permit. Booking a slot confirms the student’s intent to attend and helps COMAST maintain an organised, disciplined, and effective training environment for all participants. For trial classes, a non-refundable fee of ₹200 per participant is required to confirm the booking. This amount must be paid before attending the session and secures the reserved slot for the chosen date and time. Trial class bookings are valid only for the confirmed session and may not be transferred to another person. Rescheduling of a trial class is allowed only once and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Failure to inform COMAST of absence or late cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the trial class fee. For regular classes, monthly or term-based payments must be completed within the specified deadline given by COMAST. A confirmed booking for regular training is only valid once the payment has been successfully received and recorded. Students who do not complete the payment on time may not be permitted to join the class until the booking is officially confirmed. This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all students and allows COMAST to maintain high standards of training and management. Bookings for events, seminars, grading examinations, and competitions organised by COMAST are subject to availability and may have separate fees and conditions. Once confirmed, these bookings are generally non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances approved by the management. Any changes in schedule, venue, or instructor availability will be communicated in advance wherever possible. By booking any service, program, or trial session with COMAST, the student or parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to comply with all dojo rules, discipline standards, safety instructions, and training guidelines set forth by the organisation. This booking policy is established to protect the integrity of the training system, ensure operational efficiency, and provide every student with a focused, respectful, and professional martial arts learning experience.
