Disciplinary Policy
Organization: Coimbatore Martial Arts and Sports Trust (COMAST)
Discipline is the foundation of all training carried out under Coimbatore Martial Arts and Sports Trust (COMAST). Every student is expected to maintain the highest standards of conduct, respect, and responsibility both inside and outside the training premises. Any behaviour that disrupts the learning environment, disrespects instructors, staff members, fellow students, or damages the reputation of COMAST will be taken extremely seriously.
Acts of indiscipline include, but are not limited to, using inappropriate language, showing disrespect to instructors or senior students, engaging in bullying, physical aggression outside of supervised training, damaging property, violating safety rules, refusing to follow instructions, misconduct during events, misuse of social media that harms the organisation’s image, or any behaviour deemed inappropriate by the administration. Such acts may result in immediate warning, suspension, or permanent expulsion from COMAST without any right to refund or compensation.
COMAST also expects discipline in attendance, punctuality, uniform standards, personal hygiene, and attitude toward training. Persistent lateness, repeated absence without valid reason, failure to wear the approved uniform, or neglect of dojo etiquette will be regarded as a lack of seriousness and may result in disciplinary action. Decisions taken by COMAST regarding discipline will be final and cannot be challenged.
By registering with COMAST, all students and parents or guardians agree to abide by this Disciplinary Policy in full and understand that discipline is not optional, but an essential part of training.
