Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy

Organization: Coimbatore Martial Arts and Sports Trust (COMAST)

Coimbatore Martial Arts and Sports Trust (COMAST) functions under a structured, discipline-based, long-term training system that requires commitment, consistency, and responsibility from every registered student and their parent or legal guardian. As such, COMAST follows a strict and formal policy regarding cancellation of membership and withdrawal from any of its programmes. Once a student has been registered and payment has been made, the registration is considered active and valid for the full period of the subscribed programme, and no cancellation, partial cancellation, early termination, or withdrawal will result in any form of refund, credit, or transfer of fees under any circumstances.

A student may choose to discontinue training at any point; however, such a decision will be treated as a voluntary withdrawal and will not create any financial obligation on the part of COMAST to return paid fees in full or in part. This includes situations where a student leaves the programme due to personal reasons, relocation, academic pressure, lack of interest, medical issues, family matters, or any other reason, whether temporary or permanent. All outstanding dues, if any, must still be cleared in full, even if the student has already stopped attending training sessions.

In cases where a student is unable to continue training for an extended period due to serious injury or medical conditions, a written request along with official supporting documentation may be submitted for administrative review; however, such a request will only be considered for internal record purposes and will not result in any form of refund or fee adjustment. COMAST reserves the exclusive right to approve or reject such requests at its discretion, and its decision shall be final and binding.

Parents and students are expected to carefully consider their ability to commit to the training schedule, financial responsibility, physical demands, and discipline requirements before enrolling. Any form of withdrawal shall be treated as a personal decision, and the organisation will not be held responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or dissatisfaction resulting from such a choice. Continued participation in training after registration shall be considered full acceptance of this Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy.
