Late Fee Payment Policy
Organization: Coimbatore Martial Arts and Sports Trust (COMAST)
COMAST follows a structured monthly fee collection system in order to maintain consistency in training quality, instructor management, facility upkeep, and administrative operations. All students are required to pay their monthly training fees on or before the assigned due date provided by the administration. Timely payment is the responsibility of the student and their parent or guardian, and no reminders are required to be issued by COMAST.
In the event that the monthly fee is not paid by the due date, a grace period of five days shall be granted. If the fee remains unpaid after the completion of the five-day grace period, a mandatory late fee of ₹100 will be added to the total payable amount. This late fee is non-negotiable and must be paid along with the original amount due. Failure to clear the total outstanding amount, including the late fee, may result in temporary suspension from training sessions until payment is completed in full.
Repeated delay in payment may be considered a violation of COMAST’s financial discipline standards and could result in further administrative action, including removal from the active student list. COMAST is under no obligation to allow participation in any class, event, grading, or activity if any outstanding dues or penalties remain unpaid. By enrolling in the programme, every student and parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees to strictly comply with this Late Fee Payment Policy.
